Scope: HRBP is aligned to a cluster of business practices and will work closely with the practice to align HR activities in line with business and drive organisational strategies; all along upkeeping the USEReady values. The incumbent could lead 1 resource. Accountabilities: Work closely with Practice Leads / Program managers on, - Learn and understand the business/project/team, team roles, allocations, role criticalities, employee criticalities - Ensure robust employees connect efforts across business and promote and aim Employee Net promoter score - Socialise HR policies, Benefits, programmes across business scope periodically. Recommend new initiatives, create policies along with HR Leader - Attrition monitor /retention discussions/ Manage Exits Specific to Business - HR Dashboards preparation and analysis - Resource planning and pre-boarding readiness, interviewing support (stakeholder for TA) and new joiner assimilation to business - Be HR SPOC for query handling and closure - Work on periodic talent potential assessment, compensation frameworks etc. with the HR leader - Drive Employee Engagement: Monthly connect and team building with Project leads; project specific meets; Reward and Recognition, other HR programs. - Manage disciplinary / Performance cases as per protocols - Drive Organisational initiatives in the Business scope - Support HR operations team with needed information from business to efficiently handle their HR ops deliverables. - Provide feedback on improvements and drive corrective measures with support of team/stakeholders. 1. Primary Skills: Strong in communication, a promoter and engaging personality, program and team management skills, ability to be adaptive to situations, efficient in assessing and influencing transformation, market intuitive. 2. Secondary Skills: Desirable -HRBP certifications / Knowledge of Labour Laws / exp in Comp and Benefits. HR Ops experience is added credit. 3. Experience Range: Min 5 - 8 yrs as HR Business partner or worked in HR function managing 1 or 2 members 4. Reporting Manager: India HR Head 5. Travel: Yes, 3 or 4 times in a year Gurugram, Mohali and other UR domestic locations
