User Researcher - Online Firm - IIT/NID

Role :

- The Client is seeking a seasoned User Researcher who is comfortable and passionate for the end user and exceptional user research methodology. The ideal candidate will thrive on interacting with users, understanding their goals, observing their actions, and deriving insights that translate into product design decisions. You are an expert in research methodologies and apply them to solve business problems!

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with cross-functional team planning and executing a full-cycle research program from early strategic direction through post-release validation

- Conduct user research with rigor while ensuring participant comfort

- Conduct focus groups in order to analyze and dissect data to convey to the team

- Develop and implement studies that address both user behavior and attitudes

- Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs

- Conduct research using a wide variety of heuristic, qualitative and quantitative methods

- Perform quick but thorough data analysis in order to create insightful and actionable findings presentations, both verbal and written

Educational Qualification : NID / IIT / Any of the Tier 1 Colleges across the world
