Role Objective: -
Manage marketing automation and user life cycle management
Responsibilities:
- Plan the marketing communication in collaboration with the central marketing team and the KAMs
- Execute marketing communication for all cities, and all categories
- Sole manager of the marketing automation (Clevertap)
- Work with the city teams, merchant teams, and KAMs to plan and execute marketing communication across different channels ( PNs, Email, Interstitial, SMS)
- Report and track effectiveness of communication
Skills & Qualifications: -
- Strong writing skills
- Diligent
- Dependable (even on weekends, late evening)
- Works well with Cross-functional teams
- Must have a passion for marketing as well as data
- Ability to create engaging social media
