Usage & Revenue - Prepaid (Only Female Candidates)
Qualification : B.E / BTech + MBA (From IIM's, MDI Gurgaon, NMIMS, NITIE, DMS IIT Delhi, SCMHRD, JBIMS, SIBM, IMT Ghaziabad, IIFT,FMS, IMT Ghaziabad, XIMB, XLRI, TAPMI, SJMSOM, IMI)
Experience : 1 - 8 years in similar role - (Prepaid & Postpaid, Churn Management, Segmentation, Product Manager and experience with Telecom industry will be advantage)
Preferred Industry : Telecom / FMCG/ Marketing/ Financial Services/ Analytical/ Market Research
Key Responsibilities :
- Process creation : Acquisition, Service, sim swap
- Sim testing, ordering. Drive adoption plan
- Developing 4G use cases to create relevance
- Network planning: town selection, site rollout timeline.
- Launch kit, Brand elements: Inputs/coordination with brand team
- Go to Market plan for 4G implementation in circles
- Town wise Performance tracking
- 4G user acquisition. Consumer Schemes & tracking, Retail schemes, 4G MNP offers for circles, 4G sim management and driving adoption, Network tracking, Handset based open programs to improve 4G device conversion from existing base
- Managing 4G offers with handsets sales
- U&R offers to increase 4G data user penetration in 4G Handset base
- Design, conceptualize all Business Process along with network and IT Teams with improvisation from time to time
- Creating the Prepaid data Budget with Circle inputs and necessary assumptions based on market dynamics
- Creating and charting out the roll out plan for achieving the Budgeted Revenues and data user Acquisitions
- Daily/Monthly Acquisitions & Revenue Tracking
- Gather & provide Competition Update (Market share, Product comparison, Product feedback
