JOB Description :
- Segmentation of existing subscriber base, basis Usage patterns & Effective rate and launching innovative products which cater to latent needs.
- Deliver Revenue from lock-in of the existing base, minimise competition churn
- Responsible for Prepaid Voice Revenue enhancement & Retention of the existing base
- Assist in user acquisition & Consumer behaviour analysis for increasing the usage
- New scheme and product/tariff/package launch
- Agency selection & contract evaluation, man power dimensioning & training
- In-depth & Intensive focus on up selling / migrations / up gradations and identify key variance drivers, and suggest corrective action
- Revenue implication analysis, risk management, churn management and retention too
- Designing products according to market requirements and revenue feasibility for customer acquisition and usage enhancement
- Use business intelligence tools to track usage patterns across various segments, analyse trends and use the same for product designing
- Co-ordination with support teams on product configuration, testing and launch
- Handling Corporate & other Bulk order acquisition & retention
- Design promotions for acquisition as well as for usage enhancement & retention
- Assessment of U&R, product & service delivery teams
- Extensive analysis their impact on customer behavior and revenue- identify customer segments, protect revenue earning base and enhance revenue opportunity
