Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join US Corporate Tax Team. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously .If you are a confident professional with an eye for detail and a passion for taxes, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Provide tax consulting services and technical expertise to clients across various industries.

- Review of Federal Tax Returns (Form 1120, 1120S, 1065), State Tax Returns.

- Managing Projects, Laisioning with US Counterparts, Managing workflow by identifying and assigning to the suitable resources based on the skill set.

- Review of US taxation Work Papers prepared by the team.

- Conduct internal team meetings for information sharing and division of work

- Demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Possess an understanding of the latest tax laws and regulations and develop innovative solutions to complex taxation issues.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and laws.

- Prepare and file corporate tax returns accurately and in a timely manner.

- Maintain updated records of tax payments and filings.

- Research tax-related issues and provide advice to clients on the most effective tax strategies.

- Evaluate financial statements to identify tax optimization opportunities.

- Develop tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
