US Taxation 1065 Role

Key Responsibilities:

- This role is responsible for leading and managing a small team and work as a subject matter expert

- Preparation and Review of US (Federal/State) based Investment Partnership tax returns (Private Equity, Hedge Fund etc.)

- Responsible for reviewing of periodic tax estimates.

- Responsible for reviewing ECI, FDAP and Foreign Withholding Information for foreign investors-1042/1042S, 8804/8805.

- Review extension tax liability projections for clients to estimate extension payments due.

- Responsible for withholding, composite, allocation/apportionment analysis, full payment cycle for multiple entities with multiple partners.

- Conducting extensive financial research on Investment Partnership withholding matrices, composite matrices and partnership matrices.

- Responsible for handling investors' packages.

- Proficient on Go System.

- Assisting team members to prepare electronic filing packages (Federal/State)

- Responsible for quality check of all final deliverables being sent to the client. Identifies, anticipates and addresses important tax issues as they relate to the final deliverables.
