US Tax Returns Role - 1065/1120/1120S

- The candidate will be responsible for US Tax Returns 1065, 1120, 1120S and Multistate Tax Returns

- Should have good knowledge of CCH or OneSource or Go System

- Have good knowledge of International Forms like 5471, 8858, 8865

- Preparation and implementation of the tax strategies for Direct taxes at the US and International levels

- Timely compliance/assessments related to Federal and state

- Preparation of tax computations for advance tax payment, State Estimates, and Extensions for Federal/State/local, and Quarterly Provisions

- Coordinate with the tax advisory firm in the preparation of international tax returns and other compliances

- Preparations of State Apportionment and State Tax Workpapers

- Experience in US Federal & State Depreciation Computations
