Hiring for US Tax Manager | Hyderabad

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : minimum 8 yrs of relevant

US Taxation Roles & Responsibilities:

- Productivity improvement

- Team Management

- Should have tax preparation and review experience for US Taxation forms (1065/1120/1120S)

- Having knowledge of Form 5471,5472, 1116,2555, 4797 & Tax Reforms.

- Should also have knowledge for finalization of accounts (after facts) for which are required for finalize before tax return filling.

- Oversee all tasks for all team members within team and guide them as and when required.

- Performance reporting for each client every month.

- Client relation/retention ratio.

- Utilization of all resources up to maximum level.

- Client interaction & Management

- Ensure that the highest accuracy ratio is achieved for all clients and all resources.

- Responsible for the timely deliverables

- Quality of financials and monthly reports.

- Direct communication with the client via E-mails and phone (Certification US account manager every quarter)

- Employee retention ratio (Annual)

- Documentation and process control.
