Opportunity for US Recruiter (IT/ Non IT) for a Global Financial Services Company

Location - Pune

Shift - US shift (5:30 pm IST to 2:30 am IST)

The key responsibilities for this role include:

- Contribution in the overall global recruiting strategy

- Troubleshoot bottlenecks in the process and make suggestions to remediate

- Owning-up full life cycle of recruitment from sourcing, screening and selection to negotiation offer and close, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with stakeholders, vendors and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.

- Ensures that high quality talent is sourced; build networks to find qualified passive candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need; collect market intelligence on talent supply, competitor trends, etc.

- Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, i9 etc.

- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates

- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
