US recruiter for a Data-sciences & Analytics client in Bangalore
Our client is a prominent player in the analytics and data science domain, is headquartered in Seattle, USA with office in Bangalore (Sarjapur Road)
Position Overview:
- As a US recruiter , you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for leadership positions in North America.
- This role requires a seasoned recruiter with expertise in US hiring, specifically for manager and leadership roles.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and expectations for leadership roles in North America.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
- Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate and finalize offers with selected candidates, considering both market conditions and internal salary guidelines.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry events.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in any field
- 7-10 years of overall recruitment experience with a focus on US hiring.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in leadership and manager-level hiring.
- Expertise in full-time equivalent (FTE) hiring processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) as needed.
Work Arrangement:
Work from the office once a week, with the flexibility for remote work on other days.
