Duties and Responsibilities
- Exp - 4 years - 5 years (least 1 year experience as a lead)
- Good relationship management skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to guide and motivate team members
- Manages Team Conflicts
- Fair Task Allocation
- Ability to handle pressure
- Stakeholder Management
- In-depth understanding of market
- Should understand IT skills terminology very well
- Strategically utilize job boards Dice.com / Monster - US / CareerBuilder - US (mostly for Engineering recruiters), networks, forums, blogs and research methods to source passive candidates
- Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality/maximum traction for hiring at all times
- Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns around finding top talent
- Sound knowledge about US Tax terms like Corp to Corp / W2 / 1099, and types of work permit in US (Citizens / GC's / H-1b / L-1)
CTC - 5 LPA - 6.5 LPA
