US IT Recruiter

Position : US IT Recruiter based at Nariman Point

Reporting to : US Accounts Manager

Gender Preference: Male Only

Working Days: Mon-Fri

Time: 9pm-6am.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

- Ability to understand technical and non-technical requirements and source qualified candidates.

- Experience using internet job boards like Dice, Monster, Career builder etc.

- Experience with social networking site like linked in etc.

- Talk to candidates to understand their skills and match them to open positions.

- Able to handle multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience recruiting for contract/temporary positions.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
