US Engineering Recruiter - Staffing Firm

- We're seeking an Engineering Recruiter who has a background in supporting and recruiting for engineering teams at either an Automotive/ Manufacturing or Civil/Structural company.

- You Will be working with one of the world's largest Automotive manufacturers to fulfil their contingent workforce.

- To join our exceptional talent advisory team, you should be well-versed in proactively sourcing and maintaining your own recruiting pipeline.

- You should have a strong understanding of the Automotive/ Manufacturing industry and have experience filling roles across different departments (Production, designing, Civil/ Structural, and Safety) in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications:.

- A minimum of 1+ years' experience managing a full-cycle recruitment process for Engineering talent & good knowledge of tax/ W2 terms.

- Should have 1 years of experience in recruiting for engineering teams at an Automotive (preferred) / Manufacturing company.

- Ability to write complex search queries and Boolean search strings for sourcing across multiple platforms and well-versed with ATS (Preferred Jobdiva).

- Should have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Mechatronics/ Instrumentation/ Civil Engineering.

- Effective communication (Verbal & Written) & negotiation skills.
