We are looking for US Corporate Taxation Specialist with 1120 with a Taxation organization

Experience : 3-10Yrs

Key skills: US Corporate Tax with 1120 forms

Role & responsibilities:

1) Preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns and work papers ready for an audit review.

2) Preparation of estimate and extension work papers and forms for both federal and state income/franchise tax returns.

3) Support the US tax team in responding to any notices received on federal or state.

4) Preparation of from 1120 is mandatory.

5) Tax Accounting - reconciliations and yearly provisions. 6) Should have Team handling experience.
