We are presently looking for CA/CPA/CAinter with experience in Corporate tax 1120/1065 experience in federal returns,international returns, state returns, extensions, other tax compliance work.

- Reviewing and preparing Federal (1120), States, other International forms

- Assist with preparation of quarterly and year end income tax provisions and supporting schedules.

- Prepare and analyze client data to help with creation of documents to support tax returns preparations. Deadline driven and able to deliver quality work in a timely manner.

- Worked closely with steam to promptly resole client problems or tax issues encountered in preparation process.
