Job Descriptions:

SHOULD HAVE TEAM MANAGING SKILL.

Create Invoices, Bills, US Payroll and handle all account cycle in QUICK BOOKS PRO/NET SUITE.

a) Invoices: Create Monthly, Semi-Monthly and Weekly Invoices for the clients.

b) Bills: Enter the Bills that come from Vendors and also compare the hours with invoices.

c) US Payroll: Payroll will be done every semi-monthly for employees through Quick Books. In payroll I will also create new employees their deductions like: Taxes, Insurance, allowances etc.

d) Account Cycle: Handle all account cycle in Quick Books Like: Entries need to pass on every month, Depreciation entry, pay monthly bills, Accrue vacation hours and other entries.

Prepare Bank Reconciliation, Cash flow statement, Profit & Loss Report in Excel.

a) Cash-Flow Statement: Prepare Cash-Flow Statement and check how much Accounts Receivable need to collect every week,

Simultaneously pay Accounts Payable and Operating Expenses maintain the cash position standstill. If sometimes falls due to receivables uses line of credit.

b) Bank Reconciliation: Prepare Bank Reconciliation on weekly basis. Cross check with Deposits made and the outstanding Payments.

C) Profit & Loss Report: Export Profit & Loss Report and make the future months Report to minimize the cost.

Prepare budget report and MIS Reports.

a) Budget Report: Prepare Budget Report for future year taking the previous year Revenue, Cost & Administrative Expenses into Consideration.

Prepare Audit Financial Statements.

Preparation of monthly advances schedule and monthly deduction list of the employees.

To prepare or co-ordinate the preparation of financial statement, estimates summaries and other financial analyses and management reporting.

Qualifications:

- Preferably B com + MBA/M com/MFA

- Candidate must have a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant QUICK BOOKS PRO/NET SUITE experience.

- General computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, etc.)

- Clear written and verbal communication skills

- Must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking skills and the ability to alternate between different work processes

- Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently

- Must be responsible, reliable, Team handling skill and have a good attitude

- Experience of handling Clients.

- Should have worked in US centric KPO/BPO/Software Corporation
