Job Description:

- Responsible for supporting in the development, execution, and management of the organization's investment strategy in the real estate sector across Bangalore.

- Identify investment opportunities, assess risks, and ensure the optimization the organization's investment portfolio in line with the investment strategy.

- Establish complete ownership over the entire, end-to-end deal evaluation and execution process including preliminary screening of opportunities, detailed evaluation including rigorous valuation, assessment of potential risks and upsides.

- Be well versed with laws of the land related to approvals, licenses, agreements, taxation, compliance, legal etc. From time to time work with specialists, partners or other stakeholders to propose a fool proof plan around land assets.

- Conduct 3rd party paid diligence including commercial, financial, legal and tax advisors.

- Deal structuring for maximizing long term value for the company while also ensuring the rights and downsides from the deal are adequately protected

- Create detailed IM decks, financial models, risk registers/matrices, pipeline and due diligence updates regularly

- Create and develop a City level land acquisitions team capable of concluding at least 8-10 transactions per year
