Performance Marketing Manager

What you'll do:
- Create performance marketing strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing and business targets
- Run campaigns on multiple platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Run campaigns in multiple geographies including India, UAE, and the UK
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Identify channels for affiliate marketing and deploy a strategy to drive results with the same
- Coordinating with a variety of agencies to supervise digital marketing campaigns, provide creative feedback, and augment internal marketing activities
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels and tools to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Create effective landing pages that move users down the funnel, drive conversion
- Working closely with the relevant stakeholders to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
- Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to create and publish engaging content. (Website Content, Blogs, Case-studies, E-Books, Scripting for Podcasts and Branded Video Content, Sales Marketing Material, Marketing Collaterals, Emailers, Product Content etc)
- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention
We are looking for someone who has:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience with 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Prior experience running performance marketing campaigns across platforms
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Proven experience handling digital marketing budgets, generating leads, driving revenue
- Hands-on experience with Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- 1-2 years' experience managing a team
- Basic technical knowledge of web publishing, creating effective landing pages
- Hands-on experience using tools such as SEMrush, SEOptimer, Mos., and knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- You love having data to back up an argument. You're a strong believer in knowing the numbers and what they mean.
- You are naturally curious. If something seems off, you want to figure out what is going on and fix it.

Good to have:
- Prior experience scaling a B2B SaaS product
- Prior experience working for or deploy campaigns for F&B brands
- Prior agency working in, or with digital marketing agencies
