Education- Qualified CA with good exposure to accounting and statutory compliance &nbsp; Ideal Candidate profile : 1. Help build a world class finance and accounting function with strong financial processes, impeccable governance and control mechanisms, and a high performing team. 2. Play the strategic partner and advisor role to the business teams. 3. Engage and communicate effectively with colleagues, investors, customers, suppliers, regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders. 4. Think the big picture and play a fundamental role in the development and critique of strategic choices. 5. Assist the business owners in decision making to enable the company to operate more effectively and efficiently. 6. Balance short-term concerns and pressures, such as managing cash, liquidity, and profitability, and long-term vision and sustainable organisational success Exposure. 7. GL processes, month end close, BRS, statutory compliance, FS package, audits. 8. Invoice processing (3-way match), Vendor reconciliations, Cash forecast, TB analysis. 8. Coordinating with various stakeholders to conclude on tasks / activities on hand. 9. Experience in retail industry and exposure to Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Dynamics AX is desired but not mandatory.
