Responsibilities: 1. Preparation/Finalization of Outward/Inward Registers for GST return filing purpose and calculation of liability using maximum Input Credit as per GST Act. 2. Preparation of all Statutory documents for GST Audit and other on-going Notices/Audits at Department level. 3. To effectively work with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, counsels, service providers to ensure 100% compliances. 4. Finalization of GST return like GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B and Filing on or before Due dates. 5. Monthly Books and Return Reconciliation for ensuring the correct accounting of GST. 6. GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B reconciliation for ensuring correct claim of ITC in 3B and GSTR-1 &amp; EWB reconciliation for ensuring correct payment of Tax in GSTR-1. 7. Update latest development &amp; changes in Govt Policies, GST rules &amp; regulations related to operation &amp; its sharing with appropriate stake holders. 8. To ensure maintenance of all statutory records prescribed under Goods and Service Tax Act, i.e Invoices, CN &amp; DN,GST Challans, Return copies etc. 9. To improve and/or develop systems / processes (including IT systems) for timely and effective management, compliance, reporting relating to indirect tax operations. 10. Update latest development changes in Govt Policies, GST rules &amp; regulations related to operation &amp; its sharing with appropriate stake holders. Good to Have: - Skilled in internal/ statutory audit - Should have working knowledge of Navision ERP - Strong hold on MS office.
