Job brief: We are looking for a Manager - Training to devise our organisational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will be identified training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives. Manager - Training, responsibilities include enhancing employees skills, performance, productivity, quality of work. And preparing training programs that cover knowledge gaps. Responsibilities - Conduct needs assessments and analyses to define performance, skill, and knowledge gaps and recommends training and development to drive individual and department-wide capability and performance improvement. - Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths and are aligned with strategic business objectives. - Coordinate all the logistics to prepare for training sessions. - Ability to develop and deliver both content and professional development skills. - Design and develop programs and curriculum, partner with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning, and development objectives, and use metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training. - Strong instructional design skills to create high-quality programs for all methods of program delivery. Modifies or creates course materials including e-learning, job aids, training guides to meet specific training needs - Delivers in-person and online training sessions Desired Skills and Functional Experience: - Availability to travel and visit Pan India if needed. - Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms. - Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments: the ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively. - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
