About the role : The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organisation. Responsibilities : 1. Partner closely with leadership team and hold Performance, Organisational Design, Employee Engagement, Company Culture etc. 2. Develop, Implement, and administer policies to enhance employee performance and experience. 3. Be a coach to senior members and be the guide when it comes to organisational culture. 4. Plan and implement organisational changes required to support massive growth plans for new 5 years. 5. Plan and implement strategies around Compensation, Learning, Growth to improve employee engagement and performance. 6. Plan and implement Talent review, retention, and growth plan in the context of Urban Ladder. Qualification : - Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from Tier 1/2 college - 2-3 years of experience in HRBP with FMCG, Ecommerce or It/ITES - Prior consulting experience will be preferred. Desired Skills and Functional Experience : - Business Acumen, Strong problem- solving skills and comfort with numbers. - Driven, sincere, honest and fair. Salary Offered : 10-12 LPA
