About the role : As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with solving Urban Ladder's core business problems, generating insights &amp; identifying creative solutions using Data Analytics. You will also be responsible for managing Key performance indicators- (KPIs) reporting, insights &amp; actionables. Responsibilities : 1. Work with Data to understand the performance of various Revenue &amp; Marketing Initiatives and reporting actionable insights. 2. Will be responsible for Building &amp; Automating KPI dashboards. 3. Will be responsible for Management Information Systems (MIS). 4. Work with business owners to analyse the revenue gaps and identify improvement opportunities. 5. Responsible for improvement of Revenue metrics - Marketing costs, Discounts, Revenue, ROI on Marketing Costs. Must have : 1. Degree/ MBA with 0-3 yrs of relevant work experience. 2. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 3. Ability to think innovatively, gather required information, analyse &amp; define solutions. 4. Ability to coordinate and work with multiple teams 5. Attention to details and ability to look for right data 6. Good Knowledge &amp; Working Experience on Microsoft Tools - Advanced Excel, SQL, Good to have : 1. Digital Marketing experience 2. Work experience in Marketing/Revenue teams 3.
