1. Statutory Returns preparation & filing (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax etc.) on monthly basis and ensuring timely payment of all kinds of statutory liabilities. 2. Conducting timely reconciliation of the ITC as per the Books and the one reflecting in various GST returns (GSTR 2A,2B etc.) and following up with the vendors to resolve the mismatches on periodic basis. 3. Ensuring timely compliance to ROC filings and maintaining the minutes of the meeting and resolutions records on a periodic basis. 4. Maintaining the record of all the statutory registers required as per the various labour laws of the state and the centre. 5. Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training. 6. Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control. 7. Collaborating with the HR department to advise on the optimized salary structures and helping in designing the salary slips, F&F statements, leave policies etc. and making sure that the all the relevant documents gets shared with the employees well in time. 8. Assisting the colleagues with the day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, and MIS preparations. 9. Assisting in the Tax and statutory audits.
