Key Responsibilities: 1. MIS : Adhere to the MIS timelines with the internal team and Management. 2. Cash Flow : Monitoring cash flow position in the company on a regular basis and scheduling pay-outs to multiple vendors as per credit period timelines. 3. Treasure/ Forex : Having an adequate justification along with references for the projections drawn by the concerned treasury team for all the loss-making Forex forward contracts and suggesting the way forward for mitigating such losses in the future. 4. SOPs : Ensure the SOPs for procurement to pay, fixed asset register and treasury management are accurately designed and effectively followed by the team. 5. AP Audit : Ensure smooth completion of Statutory Audits within the timeline for AP processes. 6. Costing : Keeping a strong check on the various cost components of the company and reasoning out the differences and suggesting corrective action for the same. 7. Automation : Introducing various automation to bring efficiency and effectiveness to the AP processes. 8. Knowledge sharing/ training : Knowledge sharing within the team and cross-team, effective training, giving opportunities to teammates to enhance their skill set, and having effective leadership in place. Requirement/ preference: - Chartered Accountant - 5 years - Prior experience in working with start-ups - Strong work ethic - Should have led a team in prior roles
