Job Description: - Coordinating with international teams for compiling the required SKUs creation data on multiple marketplaces and handling the E2E product listing process (mostly involve spreadsheet work and coordination among multiple teams) - Preparing different trackers/schedules in relation to order fulfilment and coordinating with teams (warehouse/ merchandising/last mile etc.) to get the real time status and push for the timely closures as per the schedule. - Supporting the ongoing efforts to manage our large digital inventory catalogue by maintaining and reconciling multiple databases. - Tasks as assigned to improve our daily operational performance SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE,YOU SHOULD HAVE TO APPLY FOR A POSITION: - Must have at least a basic familiarity with Woman apparels and accessories. - Extensive Experience using Microsoft Excel. - Comfortable working in a fast paced environment - Comfortable handling a variety of different tasks throughout any given day - Should have excellent communication skills. - Should be fluent in English. - Self motivated, detail oriented, and able to problem solve quickly
