We continuously drive a better service experience for our customers through a more nimble and intuitive product, well trained professionals and an agile support system. The experience of our partners, who deliver services to our customer is managed through the UrbanClap Partner App, on-boarding teams and strong support system. The role requires a smart &amp; agile leader to lead either of the verticals in Consumer Experience at UrbanClap. This role will challenge the best since it's a combination of leadership, operations, product management, analytics and customer relationship management. Job responsibilities - Leading a 4-5 line managers and a total team of 60-70 associates. - Manage day to day operations of the vertical - Should have a very strong focus on driving Consumer satisfaction and NPS - Have a hands on approach to problem solving with very strong hold in data and analytics and is capable of taking decisions, new product road maps based on data - Play a key role in building the CRM and various tools that are made available to agents ensuring delivery of a seamless support experience - Working closely with Business &amp; Product teams at UrbanClap on solving consumer problems based on feedback and data and increase the platforms ability to become more self-serve and machine serve rather than agent serve - Must be able to become the voice of customer/partners and represent them in business meetings - Responsible for vertical hiring, retention Job requirements - Bachelor's degree from a reputed college, MBA preferred - 4-5 years of experience in operations with 2-3 yrs of experience of leading teams at a Managerial role. - Should have an experience of leading teams at a Team manager's role.
