Key Deliverable : The Tax Manager will own the entire Direct and indirect tax related matters including the international tax matters. Job Responsibilities : 1. Overall responsibility of managing day to day Tax compliance and accounting of Tax impact in the books a. Responsible for timely filing of GST returns for all states and effective utilization of input GST b. Responsible for taking care of investigation / enquiries raised by Tax officers in the registered states c. Responsible for interacting with consultants for transfer pricing related matters and taking care of related compliance d. Payment of Statutory dues e. Responsible for tax audit and filing of Income Tax returns 2. Tax structures and business advisory a. Interact with the business teams for helping out with the tax related matters on new business line/business matters. b. Preparing efficient tax structures with the help of consultants for international expansion Who are we looking for : 1. A CA with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Big4s (Tax teams)/ Industry. Candidates with Big4 articleship will be preferred. 2. Experience in Startups will be a plus. 3. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality 4. Strong business acumen to understand the business requirements 5. Hustle and get things done attitude
