Urban/Social Infrastructure Advisor/Transaction Advisor

- Work independently on consulting projects/assignments; manage different aspects of project management including quality, timelines, profitability of execution, client management, client satisfaction/relationship, etc.

- Role would involve working on PPP projects and Multilateral funded projects. Inter alia, work on Policy work, Plans, Regulatory aspects, Financial Models, Reforms and Project Implementation, Advisory Reports

- Ability to work with urban local bodies and travel extensively.

- Role would involve working on reports and presentations and explain analysis/presentations to Clients and other team members

- Masters Degree in Management/Planning/Economics

- MBA (preferred)

- Strong Project Management, Analytical and Consulting Skills

- Ability to guide and manage the team

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments simultaneously

- Excellent Report Writing and Client management abilities

- Good Communication and Presentation Skills

- Ability to analyse numbers and understand sector/trends to derive business insights

- Eye to detail and good reviewing skills

- Proficiency in program management

- Job will require extensive travel and direct interaction with the Client

- Proficiency in project management and evaluation techniques
