You will: - Set up processes for all the internal function and updating the same whenever required - handling inbounds, lead qualification, etc - Proactively come up with new strategies for scale-up - Establish targets and work to achieve the same - Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics We are looking for someone who has: - 7+ years of experience in inside sales management - Experience in establishing and handling a team - Experience in dealing with pressure to meet aggressive deadlines - Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets - Strong time management skills Nice to have: - Exposure in SaaS/FnB/ Product Based Startup domain
