As a Retail Store Manager, you will be primarily custodian of the Retail Store sales and operational success and continuance of the UL Brand experience at the Store. The role would include driving Store Revenue, mentoring and coaching a team of Design Consultants and ensuring high performance and efficiency. You're also expected to initiate process improvements and developing performance enhancement and data tools to boost the success of your Store as well as the Retail vertical wherever possible.

JD :

- Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry

- Manage and Develop Vendors for all Raw Material Procurement both for Internal and External Stakeholders

- Focus on Availability and Cost bring in Strategic Advantage through Sourcing

- LIaison with Manufacturing, R&D and Design Teams to aid in Product Development

- Ensure Quality Requirements are fulfilled for the customer

- Looking for 5 years of experience in the Furniture Engineeredwood ecosystem either on the buy or sell side.

- Deep Knowledge of the current procurement landscape and also has the technical know how

- Procured Raw Material especially PLPB, MDF etc for majority of their careers ideally who have worked in factory or Manufacturing Setups
