Why Is This Role Important:
- This role would be part of the marketing function. In this role, your primary responsibility would be create data-backed marketing solutions for the urban ladder website and the app to help the incoming consumers with better discovery of relevant products, and thereby aiding their purchase process. On progression the candidate will also get opportunities to anchor one or more of the digital marketing channels for the organization
- An ideal candidate is the who has worked as online product manager (front-end) and wants to move the marketing domain. He/she enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems, can quickly learn complex systems, is comfortable with digital marketing tools, and is keen on deep consumer behaviour analytics.
Primary Skills And Functional Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience with in areas of online product management / analytics / digital marketing
- Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present business recommendations that will help shape the customer engagement, sales and marketing roadmap.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer behavior, competitive product trends, and business drivers to inform decision making.
- Use data mining, model building, and other analytical techniques to develop and maintain customer segmentation.
- Build automated dashboards and reporting to enable the business development teams to self-service account-level insights that drive toward their goals.
- Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention- to- detail.
Desired Skills And Functional Experience:
- Experience in ecommerce/ m- commerce/ retail analytics space under online product management (front-end) / digital marketing domain is preferred
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Blueshift or other DM tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
