We are looking for Senior Category Managers in the central team to drive the growth of the cleaning business. The role will be based out of Gurgaon head office What do we have to offer? Responsibilities: - Build and grow a service category - by owning responsibility for customer experience, partner experience, and partner growth. - Hands-on approach The role is heavily oriented around data driven analysis (in SQL) and stakeholder mgmt. - Own data analysis to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions and own implementation end-to-end - Work on key initiatives such as pricing, portfolio expansion etc Eligibility: - Minimum 2+ year of experience in high growth startups, FMCG, internet consumer companies. - A Proven self-starter, someone who powers through barriers to get his/her work done. - Excellent in data analytics. - Super energetic, loves challenges and solving them. - Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects - ability to influence and lead. - Someone who can deliver under tight timelines.
