New Product Development - Water Purifier (Research & Development)

Job Overview :

Responsible for conceptualizing the product's electrical and electronic requirements, developing testing specifications, conducting conformance and reliability testing, identifying potential failure modes, implementing corrective measures, and contributing to the overall product development process.

Responsibilities :

1. Identify Product's Electrical, and electronic requirements: Conceptualize Product's Electrical features and identify the requirements. Contribute in the generation of innovative ideas.

2. Testing Specification Development: Develop specifications for the PCBs and products in line with industry standards, regulations and project requirements. Define testing methodologies and parameters.

3. Conformance Testing: Execute conformance testing to validate the products. Make testing plans.

4. Reliability Testing: Develop reliability testing procedures and carry out testing. Analyze potential failure modes and contribute in corrective action plans.

5. Failure Mode Analysis: Understand and analyze potential failure modes during new development.

6. Corrective Measures: Analyze and take corrective measures based on market feedback and work with the suppliers for corrective measures.

7. Maintain Documentation: Maintain documentation of product requirements, testing plans, testing data and corrective measures.

8. Manage Test lab: Maintain electrical test lab as per the requirements.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering

2. Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience in related industry, test house or Electronic PCB supplier.

3. Knowledge in conducting testing and evaluation.
