About the Role We are seeking an Influencer marketing Associate/Sr. Associate to execute the influencer campaigns at Urban Company and achieve outcomes. The incumbent will be responsible for executing, tracking and monitoring progress and performance against KPIs of influencer campaigns. You will proactively seek ways to enable greater brand influence, find cost efficiencies to enable greater scale. And importantly, you will eliminate the client by being the client and a shareholder of the company as well, directly responsible for facilitating share of voice for the brand. What You'll Do: - End-to-end operations: planning & execution of the influencer marketing calendar across categories (Influencer identification & outreach, negotiation, content creation, deployment, measurement) - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting influencer relationships - Ensure alignment with brand managers on plans and outcomes - Keep abreast of emerging trends, platforms & influencers - Track, monitor & report campaign KPIs - Work and coordinate with agencies as and when needed - Ensure campaign delivery on-time, within budget and on KPI What You'll Need: - 1-2 years of experience in influencer management in an agency or brand, preferably in fast-paced business setup - Demonstrable experience in delivering high quality projects - Decent project management & negotiation skills - Exemplary interpersonal skills, relationship building and team work - Strong attention to detail - Basic MS Excel knowledge - A sense of urgency, a proactive approach - Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
