Specifically, you will be responsible for the following initiatives: Merchandising - You will lead all merchandising efforts. You will be responsible for deciding how SKUs are promoted and sold across the user journey in the app. - This includes conceptualization, strategy, briefing, end to end execution, and tracking key metrics of all major and minor campaigns for all categories on the app.&nbsp; - You will be responsible for planning the weekly and monthly properties. This would include deciding the construct of the properties and how they will appear on the app. You will also work closely with the Creatives team to finalise the assets that will be used on the app Product Innovation Strategy and Execution: - You will own the entire strategy and execution of all product innovation on the app - This would include introducing new SKUs to cater to specific time periods and geographies as well as creating a ready reckoner of offers that work Stakeholder Alignment - You will also liaise with the product team to understand and update the key metrics associated with these innovations and will be expected to keep a strong consumer focus while making these assessments. Impact Analysis - You will be expected to analyse the results of all such innovations to create a holistic view of the impact. This would help the team in deciding the construct of similar innovations in the future. Requirements: - Bachelors degree (2018,19 pass outs) - Minimum 1 year of startup experience - Strong Communication skills and the ability to articulate well - Strong analytical skills leading to insight generation for merchandising experiments - Previous experience of working with multiple teams preferred Other Information - Job location post Work from home, will be in the head office at Gurgaon Market competitive salary - Full ownership to drive merchandising for your respective business
