The Role: Urban Company has scaled from 3 - 1200 employees across 4 countries over the last 5 years and is on an accelerated growth phase over the next few years. As part of the next phase, one of our deep focus areas has to be development of all the people part of this journey. There is a lot of building to be done around people development and the structures, process around this. Responsibilities: 1. Performance Management: Set up a culture of meritocracy and continuous development through periodic performance reviews, 360 degree feedback mechanisms. Identifying issues across various cross section of team, location and enabling solutions. 2. Ongoing health: Identify the right mechanism for providing insights into the organization especially at the managerial cadre and help the organize priorities around people development through mechanisms like pulse checks, 1:1 interactions. Identifying trends across time and fixating on issues quickly. 3. Organization planning: Identify the needs of the organization in the medium to long term, identify the gaps and work closely with the business to identify potential pipeline from within the organization . Develop a clear criterion of success for new people managers in the organization and support structures to help them find success in this new & critical role of theirs 4. Special Projects: Working towards 1/2 special projects every quarter to drive a culture of performance management in the organization, such as, OKR implementation, etc.&nbsp; Role Requirements: 1. 8-10 years of experience in team building and people development 2. Preferred experience in business partnering and working on projects related to people development/learning and growth 3. Ability to form relationships across the org 4.
