Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales team lead to join our growing company. The sales team lead will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a sales team, and meeting or exceeding revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of success in sales, leadership, and team building.

Location - Noida

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals

- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching team members

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

- Stay current on industry trends and market developments

- Communicate sales results, goals, and strategies to company leadership

Requirements:

- Min. 3+ years of experience in B2C sales and sales leadership

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership, team building, and coaching skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
