Opportunity Summary :

We are currently seeking an Talent Acquisition Partner to join Upland India. This position will report into the Talent Acquisition leader of Upland India.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical function for Upland India and will be pivotal in being the bridge between the candidate and hiring managers in guiding them through the full recruitment cycle. This position will work in a team of talent acquisition partners and will form a strategy for recruitment with direction from the talent acquisition leader.

To perform well in this role, you should have experience in Talent Acquisition for at least 2 years. If you have worked on volume hiring, that will be an added benefit.

What would you do? :

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle by planning, attracting, sourcing, selecting, and converting candidates

- Building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships, and selling Upland India as an employer of choice

- Collaborate effectively with the hiring managers / panels for interviews and ensure that the candidate experience is top-notch. Collect feedback from candidates after interviews and share with the leadership team for feedback and further improvement

- Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc.

- Ability to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to profile people and gauge the pulse of the candidate for fit

- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting

- Work with recruitment partners as needed to fill a given need

- A relevant degree in human resources, human resources management or similar area will be needed for this role.
