Position Title: Manager/ Sr. Manager - Supply Chain & Business Development (UPDT)  Reporting To: Global Commercial Lead - UPDT (ZEBA)  Location: Mumbai   Purpose:   This position is responsible for end to end supply chain management to ensure timely supply of the product (ZEBA) to the customers. Also, as part of Business Development role, the incumbent will work as an interface between the Country Officials & in-house teams to ensure that country specific Go-to-Market requirements are met in order to get business access for ZEBA in that particular country.  Key Responsibilities:   1. Supply Chain Management (70%)  - Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Documentation & Quality Assurance  - Ensuring forecast vs supply dispatch as required  - Preparing weekly Supply Chain MIS & sharing the same with stakeholders  2. Business Development (20%)  - To continuously discuss with Country Teams, position the product & work on market development & demand generation  - Prioritize Crops, Regions & timelines, work on crop calendar & target all around year development activities in each of the countries  - Providing all the marketing support like labels, content, banners etc.   - Working on the price ladder & duty structures to derive the net realization  - Work towards Regulatory positioning of the product with all stakeholders - Country Team, Regulatory Department in the countries, UPL Registration Team   - Making sure that all Regulatory Documents & dossiers are submitted on time by working with the Registration Team & the Country Team  3. People Development (10%)  - Develop & coach the team member in order to enhance his/her skillset  - Identify training needs for the team member & address the same by nominating him/her for training programs/workshops  Qualifications:   - Undergraduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture/Chemistry/ MBA in Supply Chain from premier B-school  Experience:   Total 6-10 years experience in Supply Chain with exposure to Business Development in Agri-Inputs/Chemical industry   Functional Requirements:   - Understanding of end to end Supply Chain Management  - Understanding of Country specific Customs, Culture for implementing GTM  - Agriculture knowledge   Operating Network:   Internal:  Market Development & Supply Chain Executive, Commercial & Technical Team, Regulatory Team, Supply Chain Team, R&D Team, Finance, Country Teams  External - Distributors, Key Accounts, Supply Chain Vendors, Government Officials, Farmers   Key Attributes:   - Ability to handle Ambiguity & Perseverance  - Problem Solving attitude  - Relationship & Networking Skills  - Excellent Communication Skills  - Good influencing abilities
