Position Title: HR Business Partner- Corporate Supply Chain & Manufacturing Location: Mumbai Purpose: To act as an HR business partner for Central Supply Chain functions and coordinate with Unit HR managers for HR initiatives/activities of the Central Supply Chain HR Team. Functions Served: Planning, Procurement, Costing, Corporate Manufacturing, Logistics, Licensing, Projects, China Procurement Key Accountabilities: HR Brilliant Basics - - Creating central database of all functions with relevant details - Develop & maintain organogram for all functions with unique roles identification - Developing and maintaining repository of all unique roles - Creating and maintaining JDs for all roles - Creating Job Skills for all unique roles - Assisting in Expat assignments by identifying relevant agencies to assist with the timely obtaining visa. - Grievance Redressal of employees on time - Organizing various programs based on needs of the management, Annual Conferences, etc. - Mapping of critical positions and ensuring all critical positions are manned all the time. - Developing a calendar and checklist for each new joinee as per the Aagman framework to support for 30: 60:90 and 180 Days - Developing a calendar and checklist of each new IJP candidate selected as per the framework - Support Campus engagement program for SC with recruitment team - Induction & orientation of new joinees on the floor & summer interns - Counseling of employees based on nature of grievances - Assisting in Manpower planning exercise for each function Engagement - - Crafting and executing various employee engagement initiatives as per MAGIC calendar of EE framework - Organizing various initiatives as per the EE calendar - Identifying the gaps as per the GPTW framework and action planning for respective managers - Developing an EE Calendar based on EE gaps and own calendar Talent Management - - Updating talent management tools such as 9 Box, TRDS, on a timely basis - Linkage of TM with PMS and review to ensure adherence to the same Capability Enhancement - - Conducting PMS as per the guidelines - Training all employees on PMS - Conducting Structured feedback sessions as per the guidelines with detailed notes on TNI - Conducting skill gap analysis to identify TNI as per the unique roles - Giving detailed TNI to L&D team for conducting training - Capturing the information in the DAP/IDP for all employees - Identify various behavioral programs as per the needs identified and decide on training implementation as per 70:20:10 principle Central HR Custodian for Corporate Supply Chain and Manufacturing HR Brilliant Basics - - Collecting and collating data from units for COO MIS - Collecting and collating data of SC HR Dashboard - Review SC HR Dashboard via monthly calendar - Ensure units adhere to timelines of data submission - Maintaining database for International Units Engagement - - Ensure MAGIC calendar is run by the Unit HR team Talent Management - - Updating talent management tools such as 9 Box, TRDS, on a timely basis - Create central repository of TRDS & 9 Box - Collating of data related to PMS for review on a bi-annual & annual period. - Ensuring units adhere to bell curve normalization as prescribed Capability Enhancement - - Ensuring units adhere to timelines on submission of data - Participation of employees of Corporate SC functions on SC Academy Special Projects - - Ensuring roll out of all program & policies coming from Corporate HR - Manpower Optimization - Special presentations - Assisting HR Head - SCM in developing and implementing new HR initiative for SCM Qualifications: Graduate with an MBA in HR or PM/IR from a premier institute Experience: Total 6-8 years experience with 4-6 years- experience in Manufacturing HR BP Role Functional Requirements: - Specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal system and staff development - Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within corporate operations structure - Experience in understanding and implementing compensation plans - Analyse organization need and provide cost-effective solutions - Excellent working knowledge of employment laws Operating Network: Internal - HR - Operations, Centres of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, L& D, Performance Management & Compensation & Benefits, HR- Business Partners Senior Management, Admin External - External Vendors for HR Services, Training Partners, Service Providers, Govt. Bodies & Forums Key Attributes: - Influence & Partner at different levels of the organization to achieve results - Strong Problem-solving skills, critical thinking and self- initiative - Showcased ability to advise managers to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills, high-quality document and report preparation skills - Skill in operation and utilization software such as MS Word, Excel etc. for Windows - Proven ability to prioritize tasks to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions
