Role: Core Planner Reporting To: GM Planning and commercial Purpose: This is a core planning job and the person will be responsible for end to end planning of products for a set of units. He has to ensure we deliver the products within available capacity as per customer requirement Key Accountabilities: 1. Ensuring on time delivery in full quantity at the right time 2. Ensuring no deviance between the commitment and actual by coordinating with various plant planners and arranging proactively for necessary logistics 3. First commitment adherence for orders to be maintained for customer satisfaction 4. Analysing mid term and long term requirements and balancing with capacities to ensure supplies for business growth 5. Work towards getting plans through APO and establish processes across all the units Qualification: Graduation + MBA Supply chain Experience: 3-5 Years in Supply Planning in FMCG/ Pharma or similar industry Functional Knowledge Required: 1. SAP and APO knowledge 2. Pesticide/Chemical industry (desirable) Behavioural Attributes Required: 1. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills 2. Good Analytical skills, ability to relate numbers 3. Ability to view big picture, ability to anticipate future needs and requirements and act accordingly 4. Proactive approach 5. Ability to work in team and drive results
