Role : Compensation & Benefits Analyst   Location : Mumbai   Reporting to : Compensation & Benefits Lead   Key Responsibilities :   - Support in participating various compensation bench-marking surveys, Conduct in depth analysis of these compensation survey results gathered from various sources, including raw data summary, statistical analysis, identifying key findings, etc. and support C&B Manager in preparing revision proposals and/or compensation report for the Management for easy decision making.   - Manage End-to end annual compensation review process - Conduct preliminary analysis and research to create salary review guidelines, liaison with respective BPHRs to collate and review the recommendations received, prepare summary reports for leadership review and work on communication   - Gather periodic data from various stakeholders in different geographies collate & analyse data and help C&B manager prepare required MIS reports for senior leadership teams.   - Work on special projects such as job evaluation, pay range design, variable pay/ incentive design etc.   - Liaise with various stakeholders, i.e. HRBPs, Finance, IT teams to design, streamline and automate various compensation processes.   Education and Experience :   - Post Graduate in HR & Graduate in Engineering/ Finance (Preferred)   - 1-2 years of professional experience in Compensation Administration / Compensation Consulting in India/ Overseas (Multi- Geography)   - Applied Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)(mandatory)   - Experience in Global payroll management / C&B ops (preferred)   Skills Required :   - Strong analytical skills, with good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information   - Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy   - Result oriented professional with an ability to work with speed and deliver quality work within tight timelines   - Ability to understand business and engage business stakeholders in a meaningful way
