Role: Analyst - International Compensation  Location: Hyderabad/ Mumbai   Reporting to: Compensation & Benefits Lead   Key Responsibilities:   1. Global Mobility and Expatriate Compensation Management  - Design Policy guideline for expatriate compensation and Benefits management for various types of cross-border movements.  - Design end-to-end process and procedure guide to ensure each stakeholder involved in the process is aware of their roles and responsibilities ensuring seamless follow of the process.  - Create individual expat compensation package fitments and support HRBPs and HR Ops team to manage new and ongoing expat assignments in terms of packages, compliance with immigration / Visa, income tax and other applicable laws and regulations  - Conduct frequent and regular audit of the process.  2. Compensation Analytics, Reporting and MIS (International Locations)  - Compensation data management for international locations to ensure update information is available at corporate level  - Support Senior management with various data analysis and reports with respect to employee cost movement across geographies especially during budgeting process as well as any adhoc requirements.   - Work with and advice to the Lead- C&B regarding all compensation and benefits issues to assure complying with Group and labor regulatory requirements.  3. Salary Review Budgeting and Administration (International Locations)  - - Set corporate guidelines for annual salary reviews and KPI payout across geographies considering business performance, individual employee performance, relevant market benchmarks and trends;   - - Support HRBPs in annual salary review cycle by timely review, calibration and approval from Corporate leadership team.  4. C&B Projects (International Locations)  - Take the lead on key C&B projects from design, develop to implementation, including but not limited to job grading, position evaluation, pay structure, title standardization, Short-term and Long term incentive plans, talent mobility, retention programs etc. to enhance the standardization and harmonization across organization.  Education and Experience:   - Post Graduate in HR from Premier Institute & Graduate in Engineering/ Finance (Preferred)   - 2-4 years as Global Mobility professional with exposure to international compensation/payroll management   - Working knowledge of statutory and tax compliance and other requirements in international movement  - Basic knowledge of compensation and Total Rewards   Skills Required :   - Drive for results and strong influencing skills  - Capable of working in multicultural environment and effectively interface with multiple geographies   - Process oriented person  - Strong written and oral communication
