This position is of Commercial Head, which is responsible for Plan & Direct the commercial operations as per Organisation's requirements. Also responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, manages people, processes and systems, in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately and productivity targets are met by ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of customer orders. Customer (external & internal) - Ensure 100% OTIF Plan vs Actual (Local and Export) - Ensure Zero Customer Complaints due to Packaging or Transportation - Ensure No Plant stoppage due to unavailibility of RM and PM - Ensure Timely Bill Processing of RM, PM, FG and Transportation Cost - Monitor, Analyse and Improve trend of detention charges of Containers - Ensure proper stock maintenance of all critical material - Organise proper Inventory Management Compliance - Ensure 100% compliance of Central Excise - Ensure compliance to all Audit points - Ensure compliance to all other applicable laws Safety & 5S - Maintain and Improve Housekeeping Standards in department as well as warehouses - Ensure Zero Safety incidents in department People Development - Provide or organise all required trainings to all department employees - Motivate and Counsel subordiantes as per requirement
