Your Role

- Take independent and complete ownership of academic delivery -grading, doubt resolution platform etc. -across programs

- Create and sustain network of professional freelancers for grading

- Create and sustain network of industry experts for conducting live sessions

- Manage budgets and turnaround times for academic delivery

- Analyze and improve student outcomes through high quality delivery

- Improve processes to create an extremely scalable delivery model

Your Profile

- Excellent written, communication and analytical skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and get the work done

- Potential to define and complete work within deadlines

- Ability to work on multiple tasks independently

- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite

- Track-record of taking ownership of entire-task /should be able to work with little or no supervision

- At least 4+ years of experience in managing a horizontal/vertical in a startup or an established business

- Graduates from Tier-1 colleges

- Background in Data Analytics /Data science /Big data /Computer Science would be a plus
