upGrad - Senior Associate - Public Relations

What you will be doing

- Be proactively involved and assist in execution of all PR projects including brainstorming and strategizing for both India & global markets for upGrad (corporate brand)

- Develop and edit all PR content projects and related internal communications initiatives: Press material, employee emailers, leadership emails, etc.

- Coordinate & collaborate with internal teams (Design, Social Media, Business Unit Heads, Vertical leaders) for collating data, briefing teams and developing creatives and relevant comms

- Monitor the media presence of the brand, and prepare weekly / monthly / timely reports for presentation to senior management & external stakeholders

- Responsible for end-to-end billing and payments with adherence to company's SOP -timely generation of Purchase Orders, executing legal Contracts and ensuring duly payment to vendors

- Coordinate with agencies, media owners and act as the point of contact for all bookkeeping, invoicing procedures

- Work on social media copies for senior leadership
