upGrad - Senior Associate/Assistant Manager - Payroll

- End to end payroll processing.

- Calculate and record salary break-up, pay days, PLI, deductions, taxes etc.

- Handling salary related reimbursement - claims, Investments proofs and Income Tax Returns;

- Guiding employees around Salary, Attendance, Deductions, Flexi Basket Components & Reimbursements, Investment Declarations etc.;

- Due diligence with Bank, Finance and other Internal Functions for NPS and release of salary;

- Coordinating with vendor for statutory dues remittance and returns filing;

- Handling payroll communications, payroll audits and reports;
