upGrad - Senior Associate/Assistant Manager - Payroll

Roles & Responsibilities :

- End to end payroll processing and statutory compliance for India based employees with support of internal team and vendors.

- Collation of payroll input from internal points of contact

- Calculation of LOP, LOP reversal and Payable days from attendance dump

- Validation of salary register in light of input, PF, LWF, Income Tax, Professional Tax acts

- Co-ordination with Payroll vendor for timely closure of payroll, UAN generation and Statutory Returns filing

- Co-ordination with internal Finance department for timely disbursal of salary

- Maintaining Payroll and Compliance data in internal depository

- Dispatch of F&F statements to ex-employees

- Employee query resolution
